These terms govern access to the Tastemaker website and private release. By using Tastemaker, you agree to them.
The service
Tastemaker is a personal curation service that learns from your requests and preferences, researches options, checks available information, and presents selected discoveries. Features may change during the private release.
Recommendations and availability
Recommendations reflect the information available when they are made. Prices, schedules, reservations, inventory, and third party terms may change. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms of any third party booking or purchase.
Your account and requests
Provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and use Tastemaker lawfully. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content that violates another person's rights.
Third party services
Tastemaker may identify or link to independent venues, merchants, creators, travel providers, and other third parties. They are responsible for their own products, services, availability, safety, and terms.
Commercial relationships
If Tastemaker receives compensation or has a material commercial relationship connected to a recommendation, we intend to make that relationship clear.
Intellectual property
Tastemaker and its original site content, branding, and service design belong to Tastemaker or its licensors. These terms do not transfer that ownership to you.
Private release
Joining the private beta list does not guarantee or purchase access. Access may be limited, paused, or withdrawn while the service is tested. We may contact applicants about access, changes, and feedback. Marketing updates are sent only when separately requested.
Disclaimers and liability
Tastemaker is provided on an as available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy or continued availability of third party information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Tastemaker develops. Use the contact or access channel through which you joined the private release with any questions.
